City tour with culinary highlights: "What a pretty little town worth living in!" or "It's amazing how many lovely little stores there are here!" - these are comments that can be heard again and again during city tours. In the future, you will probably also hear: "Simply delicious!" or "What a variety of regional specialties!"

Lüdinghausen Marketing offers culinary city tours under the motto "History in bites". On a tour through the old town and the moated castle world, you will not only learn interesting facts about the town's history and sights, but also experience Lüdinghausen at its culinary best. Stops are made at five different stations and while the guests sample small delicacies, the producers tell them about the origin and production of their products. Sophisticated fruit spreads with hand-picked fruit from Lüdinghausen orchards, crispy bread made from emmer, spelt and champagne wheat with melodious names such as Tante Ella, Schwaten Pit or Graf Johann, grated cookies made from special potatoes, beer from a small private Lüdinghausen brewery, chocolates made according to old recipes, a Münsterland aperitif, grain from a local distillery, pumpernickel and Münsterland ham or refined pâtés - let yourself be surprised by the amazing variety of Lüdinghausen traders and restaurateurs.
