When Dr. Jürgen Austrup, Anselm Gehling and Ali Moukalled talk about their work, they talk about high standards. "We want to achieve the best for our clients, with the utmost care. Dr. Jürgen Austrup founded the law firm "Dr. Austrup Rechtsanwälte" 22 years ago. The lawyers specialize in construction, architectural and public procurement law as well as corporate law. The law firm has regional roots, but operates nationwide. While firm founder Dr. Austrup and new addition Ali Moukalled cover the field of construction and also advise several municipalities and municipal companies in this area, Anselm Gehling deals with corporate law. "This usually involves succession planning, the purchase or sale of a company, start-ups and insolvencies and the associated legal certainty. Compliance is also becoming increasingly important," says Gehling.

Austrup and Gehling previously worked in large law firms and know each other from their student days. New to the law firm team: Ali Moukalled. The 29-year-old brings expertise in real estate law and complements the team with his multilingualism. In addition to German, the Lüdinghausen native speaks fluent Arabic as well as English and French. "My parents come from Lebanon. Everyone here speaks several languages." During his legal traineeship, Ali Moukalled already had the opportunity to get a taste of law firm life with Dr. Jürgen Austrup and Anselm Gehling. "I chose this law firm after my studies because I can work independently here, with my own clients," says Ali Moukalled. "I enjoyed a great education here. I see Dr. Austrup as my mentor, from whom I can still learn a lot."
