Anette and Manfred Fuchs produce their liqueurs, fruit spreads, chutneys, vinegars, spiced oils and herbal salts by hand using traditional production methods, without artificial colors or flavors. "With us, you can rediscover taste and enjoyment," emphasizes Anette Fuchs. The fruit comes from the region wherever possible (mirabelle plums from Seppenrade, quinces from Senden), the honey for the honey liqueur from Tetekum. Salt from Portugal, olive oil from Andalusia and selected brandies from Upper Franconia round off the range of delicacies.

The Fuchs family produces the liqueurs by maceration, the subsequent maturing process is lengthy and takes up to nine months. They love the climate of the premises on Münsterstraße and develop well here. Anette and Manfred Fuchs are always trying out new combinations for their fruit spreads, which are made with and without gelling sugar: For example, cherry-chocolate-chili, apricot-lavender or apple with fresh fennel.

Tasting the range

Tasting is definitely encouraged and on some days even part of the program: tastings of the product range for groups of up to 14 people (25 euros per person) are possible by appointment. Delicacies made with the company's own products such as Pan Catalan, dips, various salads, baked potatoes, gratins and desserts are served and form the basis for the subsequent liqueur tastings.

Open tastings, jam cooking courses

Open tastings are also offered. Jam cooking courses for children are planned from June and will be announced on the notice board. Register in the store, by e-mail or by telephone.
