Boßeln

Boßeln is also becoming increasingly popular in Münsterland. Boßeln is very easy to learn and therefore ideal for families, clubs, colleagues and groups of friends. It is a lot of fun and promotes a sense of community.

Originally, the game was played in fields to test one's strength. Dried lumps of clay were initially used as throwing material. Over the years, the game was moved from the fields to paved paths. The lumps of clay were replaced by hardwood balls filled with lead. Gradually, the game became more and more popular and later even developed into a popular sport. Nowadays, bowls are mostly played with rubber or plastic balls.

Lüdinghausen Marketing has now purchased two sets of bowls with hard rubber balls. These can be hired for two days at a price of 15.00 euros. In addition to the hard rubber balls and the ball scramblers, you will also receive instructions for the game, a throw counter and a game plan. The instructions with suggested routes were created by Jessica Ashley Lober during her two-month internship at Lüdinghausen Marketing.

Lüdinghausen Marketing is happy to receive inquiries or reservations by telephone (02591/78008) or email (info@luedinghausen-marketing.de). The Boßel set can be issued and returned during the opening hours of Lüdinghausen: Monday to Friday 10.00 to 17.00, Saturday 10.00 to 14.00.
