Peter Finke offers rental workspaces in the middle of the city - and much more besides

"During the pandemic, we have learned that our employees can and want to work from home." Peter Finke has now turned the ten vacant workstations at Mühlenstraße 24 into rental workstations. In the middle of the city, yet in the countryside.

Anyone looking for a place to work can book an individual workstation in the open-plan office for as little as three euros per hour. For those who prefer a quieter environment and perhaps want to concentrate fully on a project, the individual office is the right choice. Teams can also rent an office together. There are also meeting rooms for up to 20 people.

Including coffee, high-speed Internet, etc.

"By the hour, day or month - anything is possible," says Peter Finke. "Always including coffee and water, use of the color printer and turbo scanner. Each workstation has a height-adjustable desk. And the most important thing: redundant high-speed Internet access."

In addition: relaxation facilities (if you work hard, you deserve a break), a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy seating area and a "cool terrace" for working outside.

Start-up spirit

If you like, you can book additional services: a telephone with your own number, a postal address, mail acceptance and forwarding, bookkeeping, support with marketing (online and offline), financing and sales. "We have the relevant expertise," explains Peter Finke. "We also have a permanent start-up spirit. We are happy to pass on our experience to founders. For example, when it comes to the question of which funding you can apply for. Peter Finke also works with the Digital Hub Münsterland, which is located at the port in Münster. Here it is possible to book much larger meeting rooms or access a 3D printer or plotter.

Outsourcing employees

Who uses the workstations at co-working lh? There are many large companies that outsource employees "There are employees who can't find peace and quiet in their home office and prefer to work here. Others don't want to work alone at home, but value communication and networking," says Finke. If co-working becomes more established, Peter Finke could also imagine holding workshops together with tax consultants, business development or marketing experts. Nadine Wenge
