The LandKate is an idyllically situated vacation home that was newly built in a historic half-timbered barn. With its friendly, bright and modern interior design, it has the best technical equipment, including its own solar system.
Due to its quiet, romantic location, it has a high recreational value. The distance to the historic town center of Lüdinghausen is approx. 2.5 km and the start of the 100 castles cycle route is only 150 m away.
The living space with covered terrace is approx. 175 sqm.
The cycle path network with the R 33 and NRW 175 routes is right on the doorstep, three moated castles in Lüdinghausen alone and other moated castles in the immediate vicinity. The "Westphalian Versailles" moated castle Nordkirchen is only 6.0 km away. Horse riding is possible in the immediate vicinity. The popular Golf- und Landclub Nordkirchen with its 18-hole course is approx. 5.0 km away. Other golf courses such as GC-Wasserschloss Westerwinkel, GC-Werne, GC-Hiltrup and GC-Münster-Tinnen are approx. 25 km away.
The nearest shopping facilities are approx. 1.2 km away.
The train station is approx. 3.5 km away and the bus station approx. 2.0 km away.
Conditions: The LandKate is an allergy-friendly, handicapped accessible and non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed.
Deposit on booking 25% of the total price and the rest 14 days before arrival to the host.
Arrival from 16:00, departure until 11:00.
Extras included in the price: Fruit bowl and welcome drink on arrival, Internet access and Wi-Fi throughout the house and on the terrace, landline telephone - calls within DE, use of sauna, barbecue, all consumption costs such as electricity, heating, water, firewood, bed linen and towels.
Parking lot/parking spaces for cars and bicycles and e-bike charging station.
Extras not included in the price: E-car use (E-Smart), e-charging station and propane gas fillings.

- Three comfortable double rooms with box-spring beds, one of which can be converted into single beds. Each double room has its own high-quality bathroom with hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, heated towel rail and rain shower. One room also has a panoramic sauna. All comfort double rooms have a Nespresso coffee machine, safe, flat-screen TV with music and internet access. The living room has a spacious seating area with a couch that can be converted into a sofa bed.
- Satellite system, flat screen TV with music system and W-Lan access throughout the house are available.
- The kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped: dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge with separate freezer, blender, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee machine, table and kitchen linen.
- Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
- The spacious covered terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy the countryside. The adjoining outdoor terrace with barbecue station and the south-facing sunbathing lawn offer a wonderful view of orchards and hedges. There are further peaceful shady and reading spots under the cherry trees.
