The vacation apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the 1950s converted remise of an art nouveau villa from 1902. In a quiet yet very central location, there are two newly renovated and very lovingly furnished accommodations for 2 - max. 5 people each with balcony. Free parking directly at the house and storage facilities for bicycles are a matter of course. The location is particularly attractive for walkers and cyclists. Short distances lead to the city center, Vischering Castle and Klutensee. The bus station with very good connections to Münster is approx. 600 m away, and the train station with the Dortmund-Enschede connection is approx. 1000 m away.

The apartments are individually furnished and equipped according to the taste and standards of the landlords. Should anything be missing, please let them know.

The apartments have a living space of 70m² each.

Price for 2 pers. per night: 90 €, minimum stay 3 nights, each additional person 14 Euro.

From 7 nights 5 Euro discount per night.

Final cleaning: 75 euros.

The apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.

Both apartments have 2 bedrooms (1x double bed 180cm x 200cm / 1x double bed 160cm x 200cm), one of which is also the balcony room. The two balconies face south-west and are perfect for a sundowner or two.
