Farmers' market in Lüdinghausen
Farmers' market
From the region, for the region

Farmers' and craftsmen's market

From the region, for the region. This is the simple but convincing principle of the farmers' and craftsmen's market, which has been attracting visitors to the Steverstadt for many years. Here you can find regional, tasty, useful and decorative products. Whether meat, sausage, eggs, vegetables, herbs, bread or dairy products: Many of the products on offer come from the immediate vicinity of Lüdinghausen. Other stalls with decorative items, textiles and handicraft products round off the market's range.

New to the market: the walnut manufactory from Ascheberg. Michael and Carmen Irmen will be bringing their walnuts and oils with them and can tell you a lot about walnuts, their harvest and how to use them in the kitchen. In their walnut manufactory, they offer walnut shelling and oil pressing if you bring your own walnuts.

Also new at the farmers' and craftsmen's market: Stever-Lippe ice cream. Barbara and Matthias Närmann and Christian and Hendrik Vennemann produce handmade ice cream on their dairy farm in Olfen. They use fresh milk from their cows and selected ingredients. For fruit lovers, they also offer sorbets. They will be bringing a selection of their varieties to the farmers' and artisans' market, ranging from chocolate to grandma's cream ice cream with raspberries and strawberry sorbet.

The farmers' and craftsmen's market takes place from April to October on the first Saturday of every month from 9 am to 3 pm on Lüdinghausen's market square. Lüdinghausen Marketing welcomes both "old hands" and new market traders on the seven market days.
